Every XuanyiCrystal order ships free worldwide. Each piece is handmade and carefully packed before it leaves our studio.

Processing Time

1–2 business days. Because every bracelet and tree is hand-assembled from natural crystal, we take a moment to check quality before shipping.

Estimated Delivery

• United States, UK, EU, Australia: 7–15 business days
• Canada & most of Asia: 8–18 business days
• Other regions: 10–25 business days

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Customs & Duties
